Metropolygonia is a browser-based tool for procedural, parametric creation of 3D buildings and urban layouts. Geometry is produced by rules and user-controlled parameters, not generative artificial intelligence.
Account and minimum age
Account and export functions require accurate sign-in information and a verified email where the registration flow requests it. You are responsible for keeping credentials and devices secure, for activity under your account, and for promptly reporting suspected compromise.
The service is intended for users aged at least 16. A younger person may use it only with parent or guardian permission where local law allows.
Free Beta export allowance
Free Beta costs EUR 0 and requires no credit card. Each account receives five one-time starter exports. After that pool is used, the account receives two exports for each monthly period. Unused monthly exports do not roll over, and the reset date is displayed in the application.
- Only a successfully completed new export consumes the allowance.
- A failed export or released reservation does not consume it.
- Downloading an already-created file again does not consume it.
- Creating a new export of the same project consumes one export.
- After the allowance is exhausted, generation and editing remain available; only a new export is blocked.
You must not evade limits or create multiple accounts to obtain additional exports. Limits are enforced server-side, and the server record controls unless a documented error is corrected.
Projects and outputs
You are responsible for project parameters, material supplied to the application and independent copies of important data. Generated models are 3D assets, not building plans, structural calculations, construction documentation or architectural advice. Real construction requires qualified professional review and compliance with local law.
Each Free Beta export is governed by the separate Metropolygonia Free Non-Commercial Asset License version recorded with the export. These Terms grant no commercial rights. You remain responsible for rights to your own textures, logos and files.
Rights and acceptable use
The application, generator, code, interface, algorithms, brand, documentation and built-in resources remain owned by the provider or relevant licensors. Except for the express Asset License, no rights in those elements are granted.
You must not gain unauthorised access; bypass technical, account or export restrictions; automatically scrape the service; overload it with requests, bots or scripts; introduce malicious code; infringe third-party rights; or copy, decompile, reverse engineer or reconstruct the service, except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
Suspension and account choices
The provider may proportionately restrict or suspend an account for a breach, attempted limit evasion, a security threat, unlawful use or excessive load. Where reasonably possible, the user will receive the reason and an opportunity to respond.
You may download available account data and start account deletion through the application. Refusing an updated legal document may block the next new export but must not block sign-in, project access or editing, data download or account deletion.
Availability and compatibility
Free Beta may contain errors, change and be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every project without your own backup, or compatibility with every current or future version of Unreal Engine, a DCC tool or other software.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, law and contact
Each revision receives a version number, publication date and effective date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or to the account email with notice where required. Current Terms and the Asset License may need to be accepted before a new export.
