Metropolygonia Free Non-Commercial Asset License.

Licence grant

Subject to this licence, the owner of Metropolygonia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial licence to use and modify the model covered by a particular Free Beta export.

The export record identifies this licence as free_non_commercial and stores its version. Rights apply to that export, not to the generator, algorithms or built-in resource library.

Permitted uses

You may use and modify the model for:

• learning and testing the application;
• private projects;
• internal prototyping;
• a personal portfolio;
• student projects; and
• public non-commercial projects.

A public non-commercial project must display the attribution: Created with Metropolygonia.

Commercial use is not licensed

You must not use a Free Beta export in:

• a paid game or paid application;
• an advertisement;
• a paid visualisation or paid client commission;
• any project that generates revenue.

“Internal prototyping” means evaluation inside an organisation and does not permit publication, delivery to a paying client or incorporation into a revenue-generating release.

No resale or raw redistribution

You must not sell the model, publish it on a marketplace, redistribute the raw model, create an asset pack from it, or provide generated files as a downloadable library. Permitted publication of a rendered or interactive non-commercial project does not allow viewers to extract or download the raw asset.

No exclusivity or guaranteed uniqueness

This licence is non-exclusive. Models are not guaranteed to be unique: because the generator is procedural, other users may create identical or similar buildings. You receive no exclusive right in a shape or configuration produced by shared generator rules.

Platform and user materials

The application, generator, algorithms, code, interface, brand and built-in resources remain the property of the Metropolygonia owner or relevant licensors.

You are responsible for having all necessary rights and legal bases for custom textures, logos and other files you upload. This licence does not expand third-party rights or make the Metropolygonia owner responsible for user-supplied content.

Future commercial plans

A free export will not automatically receive a commercial licence after a future plan purchase. Commercial rights may in future require a new export while a commercial plan is active and acceptance of the licence then in force.

This statement is not a promise to launch a commercial plan by a particular date or on particular terms.

Breach and contact

Rights under this licence end for a use that materially breaches its terms. Ending prohibited use does not limit remedies available by law. Ownership, responsibility for user materials and redistribution restrictions survive to the extent required to protect the parties' rights.
